12 Month Checkup

Claire had her 12 month checkup last week.  She's doing great--weighing in at 23 pounds 15 ounces and measuring 30 and 3/4 inches tall.  Both of these stats put her in the 90th percentile.  She's walking more and more everyday!  She's transforming from a baby to a little girl so quickly!
