Claire's First Birthday

Claire had a fun first birthday yesterday!  The day started off with some fun play time with four other families from church at an indoor inflatable play place.  Claire got to play in the room for toddlers and had a blast climbing all over the play pieces and playing with the toys.

Claire enjoyed a fun time with cake and presents in the evening.  We set up a live video stream for Claire's grandparents to get to watch her from afar.   I'm proud to say that she recognized my cake as a "duck."  She didn't dig in too much, mainly just dipped her fingers into the icing, but she still managed to make quite a mess.  We had a fun day.  Hard to believe our baby is one year old!
